Plan.It Designer for a Day!   
 

Available to anyone with an interest in the design industry middle school youth through adult.

Whenever we do a client installation that involves more than two hours of on-site coordination, we welcome individuals with an interest in this field to shadow and assist us for the day.  While not a paid position, it is a win-win as we genuinely appreciate the extra set of hands AND this offers a unique opportunity to work alongside seasoned professionals and see first-hand what this component of the job entails.  Typically on these days we are swapping out lighting and/or plumbing fixtures, hanging drapery treatments and/or artwork, installing and/or rearranging furniture and rugs, and installing/rearranging accessories throughout the space.  The tasks are physically demanding as we are on our feet, lifting, bending, etc. but we have a great team that manages to get a lot accomplished while still having a lot of fun!  Let us know if you’d like to tag along and be a Plan.It Designer for a Day.
